The Lion, Mice, Snake & Honeycomb

Imam Ghazali told story of a man walking in the jungle. A roaring lion ran towards him and the man ran as fast as he could to escape from it. He noticed a well in front of him and he jumped inside hoping to escape from the lion.

As he was falling inside the well, he grabbed onto the rope and saved himself. The man was so relieved but when he looked down he saw a big snake at the bottom of the well. It had its jaws wide open ready to swallow him up.

The man then looked up and saw two mice nibbling at the rope. A black mouse and a white were both chewing into the rope. The scary lion was still prowling outside the well.

The man's heart was pounding as he wondered how he could escape from this. Then he noticed a honeycomb in front of him which had delicious honey dripping from it. He stuck his finger into the honey and put it inside his mouth. It was delicious and for a moment he forgot about the lion, the snake and the two mice chewing at the rope.

Imam Ghazali explained that the lion is like the angel of death which is always looming above us. The snake was like his grave which all humans will face. The black mouse and white mouse were like the day and night which are always nibbling at our life (the rope). The honey was like this dunya which with its momentary sweetness makes us forget the death and the eternal life.

Did You Thank ALLAH (swt) For Your Eyesight?

A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which said: "I am blind, please help." There were only a few coins in the hat.

A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words.

Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, "Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?"

The man said, "I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way."

What he had written was: "Today is a beautiful day and I cannot see it."

Do you think the first sign and the second sign were saying the same thing?

Of course both signs told people the boy was blind. But the first sign simply said the boy was blind. The second sign told people they were so lucky that they were not blind. Should we be surprised that the second sign was more effective?

"It is He, Who has created for you (the sense of) hearing (ears), sight (eyes), and hearts (understanding). Little thanks you give." [surah Al-Mu'minun; 78]

On Devil

Aslmk wr wb,

Remember that Allah [swt] never created anything without His wisdom in it. Even the creation of satan there's a wisdom in it.Yeah, we should not follow the devils but we can learn a lot of things from them. One of those things that we can learn from them are that they are Hard workers, they will always try their best to make us lazy, always working hard to make us do sins.. they never take a rest and stop from making us following them into the wrong directions. That ,is one thing that we need to learn from them,we should be hard worker ,we have the support of Allah [swt],so we should work harder in fighting our nafs and them.. we should only follow their examples in that, working hard without getting any payment, always works hard but nothing in return.. We should do everything for the sake of Allah [swt] without wanting anything in return, that is what we called abdullah..Let's pray that Allah [swt] makes us as one of His true and faithful servants, ameen.

The Importance of Masjid Al-Aqsa

Aslmkm wr wb,

i'm just going to show you some videos and slides hoping that you might get the message that i'm trying to send. I hope you can just spent a little of your time and watch these videos.

Conspiracy Of Masjid Al Aqsa "..the enemy who destroyed the Caliphate now have their eyes trained on the Hajj. The Hajj has been performed uninterruptedly since it was established by the Prophet Abraham [as] thousands of years ago.The Hajj continued even when Arabia had embraced idolatry. The enemies of Islam now have as one of their supreme long-term objectives, the termination of the Hajj...the goal of stopping the Hajj is now within the grasp of the enemies of Islam. All that is required for that goal to achieved is that Masjid al-Aqsa be destroyed..."

I hope we as muslims can spread the syi'ar of our Beloved Prophet [s] and united as one..and stop the violence between our own brothers like shi'a sunni etc, it doesn't matter whether we're sunni, shia',salafi, sufi, tabligh, wahabi or what ever sect we're in, the most important thing is that we believed in ONE God and that is Allah , and we love our Prophet Muhammad [s], don't let the Judeo-Christian alliance break us apart and serparate us from being united. We should not wait until tomorrow to make ourselves a better a person, cause tomorrow might never come ,we should start change ourselves today and become a better muslim and spread the message of Love that Allah has sent us.

w'salam wr wb. sorry for any mistakes that i made and please let us be aware of what is really happening to our ummah now, the one-eyed cult have been trying their best to make the majority of the ummah ghafl that is being heedless of what is going on by brain washing us with musics and entertainment. We should know what is the conditions of our Muslim brothers and sisters are like at Iraq, Palestine,Africa and many more so that we can feel what they are feeling and we'll try our best to help them by any means.

Surah Yaseen

1. The Prophet (SalAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, ‘Surely everything has a heart, and the heart of the Qur’an is Yasin. I would love that it be in the heart of every person of my people’[Bazzar]. (S.Muhammad Ali Sabuni, Tafsir-al-SabuniVol.2)

2. The Prophet (SalAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, ‘Whoever recites Yasin once Allah will record the reward of reciting the Qur’an ten times.’[Maqal, Tirmidhi 2812/A & Dhahabi]

3. It has been reported by Aisha (radiAllahu anha)that the Prophet (SalAllahu alayhi wasalam) said that there is a surah in the Qur’an that intercedes for itsreciter and forgive its listener. Know! It is Surah Yasin. It is called ‘Mu’amma’ in the Torah. It was enquired, what is Mu’amma? The Prophet (SalAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, ‘it embraces the person with the goodness of this world and removes the dismay of the Hereafter’[Hashiya of Tafsir Jalalalayn , pg 368].

4. The Prophet (SalAllahu alayhi wasalam) said, ‘Whoever recited Surah Yasin in the night seeking Allah’s pleasure, Allah would forgive him’[Ibn Hibban, Darimi 3283/A, Abu Yala, Tabarani, Baihaqi & Ibn Mardawaih]

5. Ma`qil ibn Yasar (Allah be pleased with him) relates that the Messenger of Allah (Allah’s blessings and peace be upon him, his family, companions, andfollowers) said,”Ya Sin is the heart of the Qur’an. No one reads it intending thereby Allah and the Next Abode except that Allah forgives them. Recite it for your deceasedones.” [Related by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Nasa'i (this wording is his), and Hakim, who deemed it rigorously authenticated (sahih)]

6. Imam Ghazali explained that this is because soundness of faith rests on acknowledging Resurrection and Judgment, and Surat Ya Sin details this in the most emphatic of ways. Imam Fakhr al-Din al-Razi concurred.

7. Imam Tibi explained in his commentary on Mishkat al-Masabih that Surat Ya Sin was called ‘the Heart of the Qur ‘an ‘ because of what it contains of overwhelming proofs, decisive signs, subtle spiritual meanings, eloquent admonition, and stern warnings.

Allah is Most Merciful

“One of the most touching cat stories in early Arabic history relates the tale of the Sufi from Baghdad, Abu Bakr al-Shibli (d. 945) who dies and was seen by one of his friends in a dream. On being asked what ALLAH had done to him, he said that he had been granted admission to Paradise but was asked by the ALLAH if he knew the reason for this blessing. Shibli enumerated all his religious duties – fasting and praying, performing the Pilgrimage and giving alms – but none of these acts of piety had saved him. Finally ALLAH asked him, ‘Do you remember the cold day in Baghdad when it was snowing and you were walking in your coat when you saw a tiny kitten on a wall shivering with cold, and you took it and put it under your warm coat? For the sake of this kitten We have forgiven you.’”
